Eddie Cibrian went through with his threat to sue Life & Style Weekly yesterday, by filing a defamation lawsuit against them.
The suit accused the mag of defaming him by publishing a story saying that he had been cheating on LeAnn Rimes with celebrity slut, Scheana Marie Jancan. The article also claimed that Eddie had abandoned his children to pursue his extracurricular activities.
Eddie is demanding over $1 million for his suffering.
Serial cheater, Eddie Cibrian is suing Life & Style magazine for their latest story, which accused him of cheating on LeAnn Rimes with Hollywood slut, Scheana Marie Jancan. Eddie’s rep released a statement yesterday, saying,
Unfortunately Life & Style Magazine has chosen to go out with a story filled with inaccuracies and deceitful lies, presumably to titillate sales, but clearly resulting in harm to Eddie Cibrian and others. This is irresponsible and reckless journalism. Eddie has met with his attorneys and will be filing a suit for libel and other actionable grounds shortly. It’s a shame that Life & Style resorted to a story of this nature and they will regretfully now have to face scrutiny of untruthful reporting in a court proceeding.
Who knew a made-for-TV actor could have so much game? According to Life & Style, Eddie Cibrian is already cheating on his former mistress/current girlfriend LeAnn Rimes with his old mistress Scheana Marie Jancan.
According to one of Scheana’s friends, Eddie told Scheana that his relationship with LeAnn was nothing more than a publicity stunt, and that he was planning to dump her soon anyways. Eddie apparently hooked up with Scheana multiple times, specifically once on October 21. He reportedly had a friend drive him over to Scheana’s house, where he told her that she was the one that he really wanted. He made sure to not spend the night there however, to keep LeAnn from getting suspicious.
Remember John Mayer’s “friend” Scheana Marie Jancan (pictured above)? Neither did we, which is probably why she decided to find a reason to get herself back in the headlines. This week, Scheana convinced Life & Style magazine to do a tell-all interview about how she hooked up with LeAnn Rimes’ married hook-up, Eddie Cibrian.
According to Scheana, she and Eddie had a 3-year-long adulterous relationship together until he cheated on her with LeAnn earlier this year. At that point, he kicked her to the curb to be with LeAnn. During all this, Eddie was still married to his wife Brandi Glanville who was popping out his spawn. He finally filed for divorce from Brandi and abandoned his kids late last month.
Scheana supposedly did the Life & Style interview because she was looking for closure. According to her, Eddie never officially broke up with her when he started dating LeAnn.
John Mayer’s new ungirlfriend Scheanna Marie Jancan had better watch out. It looks like she’s now got some way younger and hotter competition. 16-year-old Demi Lovato, who was caught Twitter-flirting with John Mayer just last month has now moved on up to publicly gushing about the singer in interviews. Demi recently told reporters,
He inspired a lot of the album just because he’s an incredible musician. I think he’s like one of the greatest musicians ever! Definitely of our time, but ever!
In the interview, Demi also let out a nervous blushing laugh as she proceeded to list off all of her “songs” that she would “perform” with John if given the chance.
Scheana Marie Jancan, John Mayer’s latest not-girlfriend hook-up decided to use her 15 minutes to plug her role on the new Jonas Brother’s show.
