According to American Idol stylist Miles Siggins, Simon Cowell and Mezhgan Hussainy are currently planning a September wedding.
Miles told Fancast.com that the wedding news came as a surprise to him because the engagement came so quickly after they began dating. Simon’s rep has refused to confirm the wedding date, saying “Simon’s private life is his private life”.

Simon Cowell’s publicist, Max Clifford has just shot down rumors of the American Idol judge’s engagement to girlfriend and American Idol Make-up artist, Mezhgan Hussainy.
Max told US Magazine today,
I spoke to Simon in London yesterday afternoon, just before he took his flight back to LA, I asked him: ‘Look, are you engaged? Is it true?,’ and he said, ‘No! No. I’m not engaged.’
Yes, they’re happy. But they’re not engaged. That’s straight from Simon’s mouth.
Mezhgan first sparked engagement rumors when she wore a large diamond ring during a dinner with Simon in London on Sunday night.
Word has it that Simon Cowell got engaged to an American Idol make-up artist named Mezhgan Hussainy on Valentine’s Day.
Simon reportedly surprised Mezhgan with a ring during dinner at Mr. Chow in London, and she accepted.
These two have been dating for about six months.

Some lady is suing Simon Cowell and his ex girlfriend Terri Seymour for stealing her shoes.
She’s claiming that she went to the Cowell house to interview for a job as a personal chef. When she got there, Terri asked her to take off her shoes and put on a clean pair which she provided. After the interview, the woman supposedly left the house and forgot to change her shoes back. According to her, the shoes that she left behind had some special $500 insoles in them. When she went back to try to get her shoes, Terri’s assistant supposedly tried to give her some shoes that weren’t hers.
She’s suing the ex-couple for $661.59 for the shoes and insoles, and the $9 that she spent in gas to drive over to pick up the wrong pair.
Simon and Terri’s rep claims that the shoes that they tried to return to her were indeed the right ones. The rep is calling this a “ridiculous story”.
American Idol’s parent company CKX has just announced that Simon Cowell is close to signing a new 3-year deal to judge the hit Fox show, and rumor has it that he’ll make almost $45 million during that time.
The new figure is $9 million more than he currently makes.
Last week, Paula Abdul dropped out of the show after turning down a rumored $8 million offer.
The woman accused of attempting to choke Simon Cowell’s girlfriend, Terri Seymour after an American Idol taping was reportedly sentenced to probation after pleading guilty to one count of battery in court yesterday.
Janice Thibodeaux was sentenced to 3 years probation and 20 days of community service. She is also required to choose to either attend anger management courses, or to undergo a psychiatric evaluation.
She’ll be back in court on July 16 for a progress check.
Simon Cowell’s ex girlfriend Terri Seymour has just been granted a temporary restraining order against Janice Thibodeaux, the woman who allegedly attempted to choke her outside of the American Idol Finale last week.
Terri filed the restraining order in LA County Superior Court yesterday, stating that Terri was afraid that Janice would come after her again, and that the the incident left her “in fear for her life and caused her severe emotional distress”.
Janice is due in court to face her charges on June 4th.

I wasn’t cool with Simon Cowell choking Paula Abdul on the show last week and with her crying-out ‘help’ as he did so. Nobody said anything about that so I wanted to confront him about it because that is not appropriate behavior, is it? She was taking some photographs with her camera and I knew she was his girlfriend so I went up to her to tell her how I felt. We started arguing and then I put my hands around her neck and started choking her just like Simon had done with Paula. Then I walked away and I was tackled by the police but I don’t regret what I did because of what Simon did to Paula, nobody seemed to care about that.
Despite the public confession, Janice pleaded not guilty to all charges. Her bail is set at $20,000, and she’ll be due back in court on June 4th.
According to TMZ, Simon Cowell’s ex girlfriend Terri Seymour was attacked after the taping of the American Idol finale yesterday.
Sources say that Terri was outside of the Nokia Theatre complex in LA when a woman named Janice Thibodeaux began choking Terri after asking her if she and Simon were still dating. Janice was promptly arrested and booked on felony battery charges. She is currently being held on $52,700 bail.
Terri, who refused medical treatment at the scene, is reportedly doing fine.
Simon Cowell is interested in terrorizing the earth for all of eternity. The whiny gnat of American Idol has announced that he plans to freeze his body when he dies so that scientists can possibly resurrect him someday when and if the technology becomes available. Simon says,
I have decided to freeze myself when I die. You know, cryonics. You pay a lot of money and you get stuck in a deep freeze once you’ve been declared dead. Medical science is bound to work out a way of bringing us back to life in the next century or so, and I want to be available when they do. I would be doing the nation an invaluable service.
Simon warns the world that he is interested in paying up to $250,000 to have his blood drained and body preserved, vacuum packed and frozen at nearly -321 degrees Fahrenheit, all in hopes that he will someday be able to return to the world, to yell at American Idol contestants for centuries to come.
Simon Cowell’s security team has discovered the person who bugged his car. Simon’s publicist Max Clifford released a statement saying that the bugger is a journalist who has been told to never do it again.
Clifford also warned other members of the press to leave Simon alone.

Simon Cowell’s security team has found a tracking device on the underside of his car. Simon’s staff swept for bugs after he noticed a mysterious biker dressed in leather showing up at his several of his private meetings.
Simon is now planning on getting his whole house swept for tracking devices. A source says,
Simon is completely freaked out by this. He can’t believe someone has gone to so much trouble and expense to monitor his every movement. It’s extremely sinister.
He was aware that someone, dressed in motorbike leathers and a crash helmet, kept turning up a few minutes after he went every-where. He couldn’t work out how that person knew his movements.
His security team found this tracking device under the car. It was quite sophisticated and could have been used by the security services.
Simon has his suspicions as to who is responsible. He is so angry he is considering calling in the police to investigate further.
It is a hassle he could do without - especially with the X Factor in its final stages - but it has to be done.
He can’t take any chances.
MSNBC is reporting that after Terri broke things off with Simon, he gave her a $9 million parting gift.
Simon reportedly gave Terri $5 million cash, and another $4.6 million to buy herself a house. The $5 million cash should just about cover the taxes on that whole gift.
