Tila Tequila and Shawne Merriman have finally settled their lawsuits against one another, according to Tila’s lawyer Cyrus Nownejad.
Tila filed the first suit back last year, accusing Shawne of assaulting her by grabbing, choking, and tossing her around (the photo above was supposedly her evidence of the incident). Shawne countered shortly after with his own suit, claiming that Tila’s accusations ruined a business deal that he had with Walmart.
Terms of the settlements were not disclosed.
Tila Tequila is back on Twitter after almost dying from a concussion over the weekend. So, the latest update on Tila, via Tila is that she’s suffered a miscarriage (or at least she wants us to think so), but that’s no problem, because she’s just been approved to adopt a baby boy from Russia.
According to Tila, she woke up feeling pains in her stomach, but she’s ignoring them because she’s not going back to the hospital.
As far as the new adoptive Russian baby goes, it will be 2-3 years old, and will be arriving into Tila’s torture chamber sometime this year.
Tila Tequila was dramatically rushed to the hospital over the weekend after she slammed her head into a wall (on purpose?).
As always, she updated the world about her condition live, via Twitter, and even asked for her Tila army to “pray 4 me” because “I could have a brain concussion and die in a few hours”.
Tila later stopped tweeting, but according to her agent, she’s home now and doing fine.
Tila Tequila called the LAPD over to her San Fernando Valley home yesterday, claiming that a stalker in a gray car had been parked outside on and off for a few weeks.
When the cops showed up, the car wasn’t there. As far as we know, Tila had no proof of the car’s existence.
Tila Tequila created a new Twitter account today, just days after being harassed into deleting her old one.
According to her, she wanted to make a big announcement, but now that she’s been found by bloggers, she’s supposedly deleting this one too. Even more interesting is the fact that Tila somehow managed to get 2,146 followers just nine hours after starting the new page.

Tila Tequila is currently shopping around an ultrasound pic of her supposed unborn baby to various media outlets - to prove that she’s really pregnant this time.
According to her, the baby daddy is a random fireman/EMT who once served in the U.S. Army.

Some sources are reporting that heiress Casey Johnson, who was found dead at her home on January 4th, was buried during a private ceremony in New Brunswick, NJ yesterday. Others are denying the report, saying that Casey will likely be buried today.
Casey’s friends Paris and Nicky Hilton were both invited to the service, hosted by her father Robert Johnson. Her “fiancee” Tila Tequila was barred by the family from attending.
In her typical sickly dramatic fashion, Tila told E! News today that she’s currently on suicide watch over the decision.
Sources close to Casey Johnson’s family are shooting down Tila Tequila’s accusations that Casey’s dogs were put to sleep to be buried with her. Instead, the dogs are supposedly doing well after a check-up with their veterinarian, and currently being taken care of by the Johnson family in New York.
Tila began her accusations against the family a few days ago, when Nicky Hilton and Bijou Philips payed a visit to her house on the request of the Johnson family to confiscate the pets. Tila initially refused to hand over the animals, but was forced to do so when the police were called to the scene.

The LAPD intervened, and was finally able to get Tila to relinquish the animals. One of the dogs is now on his way to the vet for a check up. Both will then be flown to Casey’s family in New York.
Tila Tequila has decided to use Casey Johnson’s death as a way to get herself some drama-fueled publicity.
Yesterday, she insisted that Casey was in a coma (she’s actually dead), but then later claimed that she would marry the Johnson & Johnson heiress in heaven. Earlier this morning, she apparently had some “haunting visions” of her newly deceased fiancee, and finally, she also asked for everyone to stop bothering her and give her “some privacy at this heartbreaking time”.
After announcing that she was pregnant on Twitter last night, Tila Tequila reportedly boarded a flight to New York with her “fiancee” Casey Johnson to reclaim Casey’s 2-year-old adopted daughter Ava from Casey’s mother Sale Johnson.
Casey, who adopted Ava from Kazakhstan in 2007, originally left the toddler with Sale in New York a few months ago when she fired her nanny, and couldn’t find anyone to care for the child while she partied with her friends.
Sources are concerned though, because they say that Casey’s home isn’t exactly a safe place for the kid. One friend told Page Six,

Casey’s family reportedly cut her off after the Johnson and Johnson heiress failed to complete even one of her multiple rehab attempts.
Tila Tequila, who announced last week that she was engaged to Casey Johnson, had some even bigger news for her “army” last night. She told the world that she was pregnant… with her brother’s baby. Tila lied twatted:
