Tom Sizemore’s ex girlfriend, Jinele McIntire filed a lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court last week, accusing Tom of knocking her up with twin boys in 2005, and then skipping out on about $58,000 in child support payments.
According to court documents, Jinele is currently living with a friend, and her kids are being taken care of by her brother, because she can’t afford to pay rent on her own home. On top of that, Tom hasn’t made any attempt to visit his kids recently.
On top of the missed child support payments, Jinele is also asking for Tom to cover the kids’ health insurance, and $50,000 in attorney’s fees.
